SHIPPING

What You Need to Know

We ship worldwide, in good and safe packaging. Your order will be sent from one of our order fulfilment partners, who operate facilities worldwide. Unless there is a stock issue, your order will be sent from a location nearest to you.

It takes 2-7 days to fulfil an order, after which it’s sent to you.

The shipping time depends on your location. Although we are based in Melbourne, Australia, we knew that most of our client base will be in the USA, as it is also more populated country also and therefore have our manufacturing partners with stock based mostly in the USA & Europe and distributed directly to our customers to save time on getting our Products to you.

Therefore, typical shipping times are:

Australia: 2–14 business days.

USA: 3-4 business days.

Japan: 4–8 business days

International: 10-20 business days.

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. End recipient is responsible for these fees. We highly recommend including your phone number in the order when ordering internationally - this will minimize the risk of an order being misplaced in transit and make delivery of the order smoother.
